Howard,

Thanks for clarifying this.
We now have a clear deadline, I would like to suggest that Howard
contacts Geneva to see if this resurrection deadline can be extended by
one month (just in case we don't meet the deadline!).
Jochen and myself now know what we will be doing on our Christmas
vacation!
