Fw: AGAIN: When will EXPRESS Ed 2 review start?

Please note that the Express edition 2 project was registered with ISO on 
1994-10-31.

It will therefore be cancelled in November, automatically.

We then have three months to restore it without effort, by submitting the FDIS ie, 
the document must be in Geneva by 31 January 2003 at the latest.

Of course, I suspect that those who are waiting on the final document to underpin 
their modules would appreciate a stable version ASAP before that.
