Phil,

The process of cancellation of work items after 7 years is entirely automatic 
(simple query on database) and endorsed by the Technical Management Board and ISO 
Council.  The get-out clause is similarly endorsed, and both are driven by your 
standards bodies seeking to eliminate inactive work items

We tried to do a deadline extension for AP210. 

Without wishing to appear glib, any particular part of "NO" that requires 
additional clarification?
