As you move forward with updating the document, just a reminder the
annex containing the mapping from E2 to E1 needs to be circulated as
soon as it is ready.

Since the Annex is normative and contains technical material that has
not been balloted, SC4 adopted action item #94 that directs WG11 to
circulate the draft annex to the P-members, in parallel with internal
WG11 review, prior to any signoff for FDIS ballot.
