Thanks for your input.

The concern I have, is that the DAM of Express does not seem consistent:
- for extensions of enumerations, figure D.6a shows that the circle is at
the Extensible enumeration
- for extensions of Select types, figure D.14a shows the circle is at the
extended select

Has WG11 decided to make D.6a and D.14a consistent?
