NEW BUSINESS

WG11 has been directed to investigate updating the 20-series for the
EXPRESS amendment. WG11 discussed this issue at the plenary, during
the ballot comment meeting on Tuesday, at the implementors forum and
at the Change Management plenary.

At the request of the chair, the results of the discussion has been
collected into a white paper. This is available on SOLIS as wg11n179.
SC4 passed a resolution directing WG11 to circulate this to P-members
and the implementor forums for further discussion.

At the meeting, dicussion focused on Part 21 and the SDAI bindings.
Further review of the impact is still needed from the Part 28, Part
25, Part 27, and EXPRESS-X teams. Some impact is known, but those
teams need to investigate further and report back to WG11.

SC4 has created an ad-hoc comittee for assess of harvest of IAI spec.
WG11 has been directed to nominate a representative to this comittee
by the end of month.

SC4 has passed a resolution directing WG11 to prepare a NWI for
conformance testing of the Part 28.
