 Resolution D (#511) from the 35th Plenary (SC4 N1213), Fukuoka, Japan,
created an Ad Hoc group assess the proposal from a SC4 Category A Liaison to
transpose an existing specification into an ISO accredited Publicly
Available Specification (PAS).  The subject candidate specification is the
International Alliance for Interoperability (IAI) data sharing specification
