ISO Meeting - unable to attend

Dear All,

Due to the tragic events in the USA last week plus the affect on the
aerospace industry I am now not able to attend the ISO meeting in Japan.

Hence I will not be chairing the SC4 Framework meeting nor the WG10 meeting
on the Saturday, I suggest that Gunter Staub or Harry Frisch chair the
latter meeting, but that is up to them and the meeting.

My apologies for this late decision but it was out of my hands.
