events in the USA last week plus the affect on the aerospace industry I am now
not able to attend the ISO meeting in Japan.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN class=043332308-21092001>Hence I will not be
chairing the SC4 Framework meeting nor the WG10 meeting on the Saturday, I
suggest that Gunter Staub or Harry Frisch chair the latter meeting, but that is
up to them and the meeting.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
