[step-manufacturing] Documents for WG15 workshop next week

All,

The attached documents are input for the Renton workshop next week. The 
plan is to review them and then submit them as the CD of AP238 Edition 4 
at the end of March.

Please see the agenda (also attached) for information on how to join the 
meeting by Zoom.

All are welcome to join. For a Committee Draft (CD) we want as much 
industry input as possible.
