[step-manufacturing] Conference call coordinates and five axis machines in WebGL

The coordinates for the conference call are the same ones that we have 
been using for several meetings (many thanks to Sandvik). We have 
updated the demo pages to include the Hermle machine that we defined in 
NX and Catia on the last conference call, the Boeing Gantry and one of 
the robot arms.

I hope you had a great Christmas and a Happy New Year. We are returning
to the Wednesday time slot for our conference calls to allow for greater
participation from Europe in the run up to the SC4 meeting in Stockholm.
The first call is this Wednesday at the regular times (connection data
