[step-manufacturing] Test data for the CAM data exchange project

All,

The US Army has volunteered to help us enable CAM to CAM data exchange 
using STEP-NC by making test files. An image of the proposed first test 
file is shown below and the STEP data for the file can be found at the 
following URL:

ftp://ftp.steptools.com/private/CAM_exchange/mbd_assembly_unrestricted_asm.stp

They would like to know if we think this is a good file to begin the 
testing. If so then they will make CAM processes to machine the part in 
Mastercam and Esprit.
