All,

I have made a new directory containing the data and codes for the
demonstration:

ftp://ftp.steptools.com/private/CCAT/demo_data/

This directory contains a new version of the STEP-NC Explorer (5.36)
plus data and codes for the two demonstration alternates.

The new Explorer contains an updated export for Heidenhain and
supports Front, Back, Top, Side and Orthographic views.

ftp://ftp.steptools.com/private/CCAT/demo_data/stepnc_5_36.msi

The Fanuc and Siemens codes are in inch units. The Heidenhain codes
are in mm units.

These files are quite large. The AP-238 files are smaller. The AP-238
files now contain the Sandvik ISO 13399 models for the tools.

As a reminder the two alternates being explored for the demonstration are:

Do you think we should do alternative 1:

To be machined during preparation:
r02 0/45/90/135/180/225/270/315
r03 0/45/90/135/180/225/270/315
r04 0/45/90/135/180/225/270/315
r07 0/45/90/135/180/225/270/315
r08 0/45/90/135/180/225/270/315
semi:
f01 0/45/90/135/180/225/270/315

h02 0/45/90/135/180/225/270/315

To be machined during demo:

h01 0
finish:
f03 0
v01 0

Do you think we should do alternative 2 (all machining during demo):

roughing:
r02 -45/0/+45
r03 -45/0/+45
r04 -45/0/+45
