[wg11] Reminder and Update: Part 21 E3 DIS testing

All,

Since the last conference call there has been progress on two of the 
four projects:

1. ZIP Assembly
a. We have corrected the URL links between the assembly components to 
include a third anchor for placement of the component
b. We have added a new example showing how the rear quarter of the 
Humvee can be split and merged again

2. Digital Signatures
a. We have created an example to show how multiple counter signatures
