[wg11] Resignation as EXPRESS Project leader

Folks,

I have just submitted the final version of EXPRESS edition 2 for ISO
publishing and feel this is an appropriate time for me to step down as the
EXPRESS Languages Project Leader.

Since my first meeting in 1989 at Frankfurt to my last in Stockholm two
years ago I have enjoyed working with you all. I will continue to support
the EXPRESS language and with answering questions (and voicing my opinions)
on this exploder and with Eurostep's free EXPRESS tools Eep and
GraphicalEXPRESS.
