[wg11] WG11 Meeting to resolve Part 28 ballot comments - MEETING DATES EXTENDED

I have extended the dates of the ballot resolution meeting to include
MONDAY, August 9.  The new schedule is:

      9 am - 5 pm on Monday, August 9
      8 am - 5 pm on Tuesday, August 10
      8 am - 5 pm on Wednesday, August 11
      8 am - 12 pm on Thursday, August 12.

Hotel rates listed below are now available for Sunday night as well.
Please note that the deadline to make these arrangements at the given rate
is NEXT FRIDAY (July 16).  Cancellation policy is 24 hours, so I would
suggest that if you are considering attending, preliminary arrangements be
made at this time.  I will be sending out an e-mail shortly to confirm the
dates of the 2 conference calls we agreed to hold prior to the Ballot
Resolution Meeting (I am still working on dates due to some conflicts).

The Part 28 edition 2 ballot resolution workshop will be held August 10-12,
2004 at the Mystic Marriott in Groton, CT (USA).  If you plan to attend
please notify me.

Rooms are available at the Mystic Marriott at a rate of $135 USD /night.
This rate will be valid for reservations made through July 16.  Toll free

In order to get the discounted rate, identify yourself as a participant of
the " Part 28 Ballot Comment Workshop" meeting.  Hosting organization is
General Dynamics, Electric Boat.

The schedule for the meeting will be
      9am - 5 pm on Tuesday, August 10
      8 am - 5 pm on Wednesday August 11
      8am - 12 pm on Thursday August 12.

The Mystic Marriott is located directly off of Interstate 95, exit 88 in
Connecticut (just north of the highway).  The closest airport to the Mystic
Marriott is T.F. Green in Providence, RI.  Hotel address is 625 North Rd
(Route 117), Groton CT, but if you plug this address into Mapquest, it
incorrectly sends you South on Rt 117.  The attached driving directions are
accurate from New York, Boston or Providence:
