[wg11] EXPRESS Technical Corrigendum 2 official status

Hello everyone,

I was looking on the ISO web site for the final version of TC2 (I only have the 
final draft from 2000-11-09) and although EXPRESS and TC1 are on there, TC2 
isn't.  What is the official status of TC2?  If it was passed then does anyone 
know why it's not on the ISO site?

In any case, if there's a later version than 2000-11-09 then can someone please 
point me at it?
