[wg11] Announcing exff updates for May 2004

All,

The exff (EXPRESS for Free) capabilities and documentation at www.exff.org
have been updated:

- updated the EXPRESS to UML translation so that it covers more EXPRESS, is
closer to Part 25 and allows some control of the mapping;

- added the ISO 15926-2 data model translated to XMI/UML as an example (the
exff EXPRESS to UML now handles all the EXPRESS constructs used there);

- added an initial Semantic Web support page and a special package for the
UML to OWL translation;

- documented the current UML to OWL mapping;

- uploaded the presentation on PLCS and RDL/OWL that I gave at the NASA/ESA
PDE conference two weeks ago.
