EXPRESS-X support

In addition to our free tool, Express Engine (formerly Expresso),
http://exp-engine.sourceforge.net/

...I am aware of tools by:

STEPTools,
PDTec
EPM
LKSoft

I am not certain how far along the EPM and LKSoft efforts are. (They might 
well be complete commercial products, I just don't know.) It is my 
understanding that the STEPTools and PDTec tools are complete.
