Express ed2 to ed1

Hi

Now that there are several compilers that will generate an edition 1
long form from an edition 2 short form, and given that there are several
modular APs (Ap2303e2, Ap236, Ap239) who are trying to generate long
forms, I wondered whether it would beneficial to identify a number of
large short forms and put them through all the compilers and compare the
outputs? They should be identical right?
