Known exploders

What is the situation with EXPRESS exploders?

I believe that express-users at smiling.net is still functional, but hardly used 
anymore.  Is there some substitute?  Do we need one?  Are there any newcomers to 
modeling in EXPRESS?  (If not, what is the SC4 migration path?)

I note that all of the EXPRESS v2 discussions have taken place on either the 
wg11 exploder or on some private list for the Editing group.  Frankly, I think 
the WG11 exploder is the appropriate place for that, at least until/unless the 
volume rises.  But it would be good to be sure that everyone agrees.
