AGAIN: When will EXPRESS Ed 2 review start?

Peter,

The full (hopefully FDIS) review will start after the Short2Long annex
review has finished, and the complete document with all text (including
Kanji examples) and diagrams has gone through all appropriate sign-offs.
I guess this will now be early next year (unless some miracles start
happening!)
