When will EXPRESS Ed 2 review start?

    When will EXPRESS Ed 2 be available for review and comment? The latest I
have on the subject is below. I have heard nothing from the SEC about how to
get the document or about the official start of the review period.

Please remember that it is the convener responsibility to load the
document to the WG folder and provide the META documentation for the
working group folder? When that is completed, please contact the SEC it
will be circulated by the SEC to the P-members.

Thanks to Allison and Jochen for corrected PDF.  I uploaded the new
wg11n197 to the tc184-sc4 ftp site and will reset the review period to
run through August 12th.

The secretariat should make sure that the corrected document has been
circulated for the P-member review.
