ISO 10303-11 edition 2: short-to-long annex

Hi,

I found some errors in the examples of the short-to-long annex:

1. Example 1, Page 203: replace all occurrences of BASED ON with BASED_ON
2. Example 1, Page 203: define ENTITY type glue, weld, needle and tape
                        in SCHEMA IMPORT, so that the example is complete
3. Example 2, Page 204: replace USE FROM EXPORT with  
                        USE FROM SELECT_TREE_EXPORT
