Extended select type

Jochen,

I agree figure 6a is wrong, and will be added to the comments.

I think there may be a problem here with respect to which shapes can be on
either end of the based_on relationship.
At present we allow two representations of the defined type uses a
constructed type as its underlying type.
 - The first is the standard defined type symbol (containing the name of the
defined type), which then uses an underlying relationship to identify the
underlying type, such as an enumeration (which then only has the word
"ENUMERATION" in the box)
 - The second is an enumeration box containing the name of the defined data
type in which this enumeration is used.

In the second case there is only one box, so the decision is simple but in
the first case should the based_on relationship link to the defined type or
the enumeration?
