Express meeting in MyrtleBeach ?

I did try to make a meeting reservation but this seems to have failed. I
have tried again today with an e-mail to Chuck.

My preferred time is Tuesday 8-12, just in case we have to go to change
management on Tuesday PM!

I have copies of the UK, and French comments (I received these at the
Fukuoka meeting). I haven't seen any other comments.
