ISO18876

Matthew,

thank you very much.

BTW: The dependence I'm concerned about is not formal but
logically implied, and it is not on ISO 15926 but on ISO 15926-2,
especially the top of the hierarchy defined there.

:-) Bernd

Dear Bernd,

Fine, lets make it four weeks. After all it has taken us
7 years to get this far, so I don't suppose another couple
of weeks will matter that much.

See comments below.

MW: Yes. See above.

MW: I presume this is about alleged dependence on ISO15926. There
is
certainly none intentionally. The only mention of 15926 (in an
example
at that) has been removed, and I really can't see anything that
would
not apply just as much to using a harmonised set of modules (or
AP214)
as an integration model as 15926. So if you do think there is
something remaining, please be specific about the passages
involved.

MW: Of course the reality is that 15926 is dependent on 18876,
rather
than the reverse.

MW: It should not take more than that (hence the 1 week initial
proposal). It may help further to note that if you turn on:
Tools, track changes, highlight changes, highlight changes on
screen,
in Word, you can see all the changes that have been made.
