WG10 meeting requests in Myrtle Beach

Dear Yoshi,

I have made the requests for the framework meetings you have requested
(note: due to my error one of them is down as an SC4 meeting at present).

The joint meeting with PPC is already scheduled for Thursday after lunch
and not before lunch as you suggest.
