The schedule for WG10's meetings in San Francisco is as follows:

Note that in a change to WG10's normal meeting pattern there will not 
be a WG10 plenary on Saturday; this meeting time has been allocated 
to technical work by the modules harmonization team. There will, 
however, be a short meeting on Sunday afternoon (5-6pm) to discuss 
and coordinate WG10's activities during the week.

Since there will now just be one WG10 plenary during the San 
Francisco meeting we will need to keep project reports short. Can I 
therefore ask the leaders of all projects under WG10 to prepare a 
short (less than one page!) report of activities since Funchal and 
the status of the project. If possible, these should be circulated on 
the WG10 exploder before the meeting. 

Please advise me of any meeting changes as soon as possible. I've 
used "generic" agendas for several of the meeting slots: if there are 
more specific agendas please let me know.
