Necessity of Part 25 change supporting ONEOF?

As Bernd said, I'm not worried about future extensions to EXPRESS for the
Part 25 TS ballot so there is nothing political about this question.

The problem is that the default supertype constraint in UML is "disjoint"
which is equivalent to EXPRESS ONEOF. This difference is why I proposed the
technical change to the Part 25 mapping.

Anyone with a technical preference?
