WG10 Convenership

Ladies and gentlemen,

there is a significant change of my professional environment on
the horizon. As a consequence, I have to inform you, that I
cannot accept reconfirmation as WG10 convener in Funchal. I do
however assume, that I will remain actively involved in SC4 and
its working groups.

I apologise for this message being so late, but this change is in
fact due to a rather recent event.
