We discussed how to exchange machining data that can be adapted for the 
machining conditions of a user.

Basic formulas are available here:

Such formulas can be included in a standard, but they will be less rich 
than the ones already available in the web sites of the cutting tool 
vendors.

However, if a solution must be adjusted because, for example, a 
temporary fixture is too weak for the maximum cutting forces, then the 
method for making changes must be defined.

The attached slide illustrates how permitted changes can be specified 
using an operation window.
