[step-manufacturing] Digital Twin Framework meetings in January and February

Happy New Year Everybody,

Some good news - Boeing will sponsor the lunches for our face to face 
meeting in February (3-8). Many thanks to Kenny Swope for arranging this.

Please see my previous messages for the agenda of the meeting. The first 
three days will be used to complete the DIS. The last two days will be 
used to develop use case examples.

Starting this Wednesday we will resume our conference calls to review 
the text of the four parts in preparation for the face to face meeting.

I will send a calendar invite in my next message. The connection 
information is also copied below.

Part 1 will be reviewed this week and is attached. Parts 2, 3, and 4 
will be reviewed in the following weeks.
