Please see the information below regarding the facility fee (200 euro) 
for the Toulouse meeting next week.
Message from AFNOR: "Please find attached the form for fees that experts 
participating at the plenary have to fill in in order to pay and receive 
the invoice. The payment is to be done by bank transfer to AFNOR’s bank 
account, the details are in “RIB AFNOR” pdf."

For any questions regarding the forms or payment, please contact AFNOR 
directly: Roxana Turcanu (roxana.turcanu at afnor.org) and Martine Degardin 
(martine.degardin at afnor.org).
We appreciate your prompt payment and apologize for the late notice but 
extra time was needed by AFNOR to coordinate with sponsors and reduce 
the fee as much as possible. Please be sure to extend a note of thanks 
for their tireless efforts.
