All,

For those going to Toulouse, registrations for the social event is a two 
step process.

 1. Register on the ISO TC184/SC4 web site twice: once for both the
    Airbus tour and the dinner (see URL below).
 2. Send an e-mail to the airbus coordinator also listed below.

Last time SC4 met at Toulouse the dinner was universally agreed to be 
"really, really good - best ever in a company cafeteria". There was wine 
and everything!

Please see the note below from the meeting hosts regarding the social 
events. WG Convenors, please pass this along to your WG experts.

The following information is requested for the visit of the Airbus Final 
Assembly Line:
- First name
- Last name - Company name
- Birth date - Birth location - Nationality

Note: Only use of the original identity card / passport (photocopy not 
accepted).

Experts need to email Ms Florence Cacarro 
(florence.f.cascarro at airbus.com) no later than 30 April 2019.
Regarding the diner, requests for a vegan meal can be made until 30 
April as well. Please note that the diner will be offered to the experts 
but husbands and wives will have to pay.
