[step-manufacturing] Topics for discussion by WG15 at Toulouse

All,

I hope you are all enjoying your New Year. We are taking turns to get 
bad snow. The East Coast and Western Europe have had a turn, and now the 
West Coast and Scandinavia are getting hit.

However, Spring is approaching and the Toulouse meeting of TC184/SC4 
will be upon us (May 12-17).

The meeting is going to be busy,  and scheduling may be a challenge, so 
here is a list of the current agenda items:

  * Working draft of ISO 23247 Digital Twin manufacturing frameworks
  * Draft International Standard of ISO 10303-238 Edition 2 Model based
    integrated manufacturing (joint with WG12)
  * ISO 23952 Quality Information Framework
  * Product Data Quality and Digital Manufacturing (Joint with WG12 PDQ)
  * Digital Manufacturing Implementors Forum
  * Digital Twin Part 21 (joint with WG11)

If there are additional items that should be discussed please let me know.
