Here are two very interesting examples of digital twinning - one for an 
airport and one for an open cast mine.

Obviously they are on a much bigger scale than our machining demos but 
the same principles apply.

These principles are captured in the first draft of ISO 23247 which

We will be discussing the draft on Monday and Tuesday at the Chicago 
meeting.
