[step-manufacturing] Reminder conference call: validating manufacturing tolerances using digital twins

All,

My proposal is we have further discussions on how to define and validate
manufacturing tolerances using digital twins.

For Boxy we made multiple in-process models and defined tolerances on
those models. This was a lot of work.

For the fishhead we may not want to repeat this work and it is not so
practical because of the 5-axis machining.

The color models we are making (see below) show that it is reasonably
easy for a digital twin simulator to detect when a face is being
machined by an operation.

Therefore, for Edition 2 of AP238 we may want to add semantics to
associate a design tolerance with an operation so that internal or
external software can validate conformance (perhaps to a weaker value)
at the end of the operation.
