[step-manufacturing] Reminder: conference call on Wednesday - digital twin and IMTS 2018

This week we will focus on IMTS 2018.

There is a digital twin of the fishhead at: 
http://fishhead.steptools.com:8080/

Some notes if you try this demo:

1. Do not use Internet Explorer
2. On some machines you may have to refresh when you first start to 
"wake up" the graphics.
3. You can start and stop the twin using the play arrow.
4. You can skip to other workingsteps by clicking in the list. After you 
skip you can look at the stage model or restart the twin.
5. Other people may be looking at the demo at the same time in which 
case any changes they make will appear on your screen.

We are still having problems with the simulations for WS 7, 8 and 9. 
There are no tolerances defined which is one of the things we must
