[step-manufacturing] Call today -one hour early for Europe

All,

The conference call is today but at IRREGULAR times for EUROPE.

For the USA it will be 7AM Western and 10AM Eastern.
For EUROPE it will be 2PM UK, 3PM France - ONE HOUR EARLY.

This is because of the time change. The USA waits until after Halloween 
to change to winter time.
