[step-manufacturing] NX support letter: Conference call today

We been asked for a letter of support by Siemens NX CAM. They are 
planning to start a STEP-NC implementation project in 2015 and would 
greatly appreciate a letter from us to help justify the expense. A draft 
is attached.
