For multiple-axis machines
Maximum Axis Rotary Speed of A axis
Maximum Axis Rotary Speed of B axis
Maximum Axis Torque of A axis
Maximum Axis Torque of B axis
Distance from Gage Line to A axis Pivot Center
Distance from Gage Line to B axis Pivot Center

The values can be from machine specification or defined by the user (say 
someone has a machine with 100 kW spindle but he only wants to run up to 
80 kW)
