I am pleased to announce that an article on the CCAM meeting has been 
published in the Modern Machine Shop Blog.

The CAM Tooling Scenario has been selected for the first pilot. In this 
pilot machine shops will save machining programs to STEP-NC and send 
them to the tooling vendors. The tooling vendors will analyze the 
operations and make tooling recommendations. The recommendations will be 
sent back as STEP-NC programs using the proposed tooling and optimal 
process data.

In our testing phase we showed that optimizing tooling and process data 
can reduce machining times by 15% or more.
