[step-manufacturing] Conference call agenda and new resources for Part 21 Edition 3

The conference call will be at the regular times on Wednesday next week 
- 4PM France, 3PM UK, 10AM Eastern USA, 7AM Western USA - see the 
connect details below.

The following agenda is proposed:

1. CAM to CAM Data Exchange translator implementation
2. Preparation for the June 24 & 25 face to face meeting at CCAM
3. Second preview of Part 21 Edition 3

The last item may cause the meeting to run long so you are welcome to 
leave when necessary.

Since the first preview in January, JavaScript has been added to Part 21 
e3 to enable intelligent interfaces.  The new capability has been 
designed to support applications like the following and we would like 
your feedback on how well it might work.

1. Intelligent linkers to manage the connection of workplans to 
workpieces, toolpaths to cutting tools and projects to machines.
2. Web browsers to show the kinematic motions of machines as they run 
programs and respond to user commands.
3. Feedback tools to automate the correction of placements for closed 
loop manufacturing.

Demonstrations are in preparation for the upcoming SC4 and CCAM meetings 
using the public domain code listed below.
