[step-manufacturing] STEP-NC WebGL demos updated

All,

The Web demos have been updated so that you can now select a machine 
tool to machine the Boxy and Impeller parts.

The demos require WebGL for their 3D graphics which is not supported by 
Internet Explorer but is supported by Firefox, Chrome, Safari and other 
browsers.

The JavaScript code drop for the demos has also been updated (go to the 
bottom of the page).

If you have any opinions about what feature of STEP-NC should be 
supported next in these demos please let us know.
