[step-manufacturing] Version 8.47 of the explorer displays workpiece coordinates using setup

All,
We have updated the STEP-NC Explorer (v8.47) to show the coordinates of
a picked point in the coordinate system defined by the setup.
To use this feature
1. Make sure you are in face picking mode.
2. Pick a point on a face. You will see the coordinates of that face in
the setup in the lower left corner of the window.
3. Pick several more points on the face. It will soon be clear which
coordinate of the setup can be defined using this face.
4. Probe the face on your machine and set the coordinate given to you by
the explorer in the relevant register.
The only other thing to be careful of is the coordinates of faces that
are to be machined in this setup. If material is going to be removed
from this face then be sure to pick points on the raw workpiece and not
the finished workpiece.
