[step-manufacturing] Metric tools for Moldy part

All,

One of our goals for this round of testing is to make a new version 
of the Moldy part that uses Metric tooling that is commonly available 
in Europe.

A file describing an initial set of selected tooling has been put 
onto the ftp site. Please take a look and let us know if you think 
these selections will cause any issues.
