[step-manufacturing] Reminder and change to time for Europe

All,

The conference call is at the regular times 
tomorrow (Wednesday) but Europe has already moved 
from to Winter time so the call will be at 3:30PM 
France, 10:30AM Eastern USA and 7:30AM Western USA.

The agenda is to pick a test part and review the 
scenario. Test parts have been submitted by both 
Mastercam and Sandvik. Images of the parts can be
