[step-manufacturing] Reminder and new scenario documents: Tenth conference call on Wednesday

The regular conference call is on Wednesday at 4:30PM France, 10:30AM 
Eastern USA and 7:30AM Western USA.

NIST has produced two new scenario documents for us to review.
