Dear Members of T24,

At our last meeting in Ibusuki we agreed that Mr. 
Sakamoto of Japan and the deputy leader of T24 
would represent us at the S1/Wg7 meeting in Frankfurt.

If you plan to attend this meeting please be 
aware that there is a patent on ISO 14649 implementation held by Professor Suh.
